Established in 2015, the Human Resources Innovation Practice Competition for College Students in China has been held for eight consecutive years. In March 2023, it was included in the observation directory of the 2023 National Ordinary College Student Competition Analysis Report, becoming a listed event in the Ministry of Education's discipline competitions. The event is designed to offer a specialized human resources competition platform with wide-reaching influence for students of human resource management and related disciplines throughout the country. The primary objective of the competition is to promote the attention of students in human resource management and related majors to practical human resources skills and to guide them to enhance their practical abilities and problem-solving skills in real-world management situations based on corporate human resource management practices. The Northern Region competition saw participation from 32 university/college teams, including those from Beijing Normal University and Beijing Institute of Technology, with over 370 undergraduate and graduate students. Teacher Zuo Yuhan from our school, as a representative of the coaches, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony.
Our Business School has consistently emphasized the innovative practical skills of our students and will keep on improving the effectiveness and quality of practical teaching to foster their professional competence. We wish the Central University of Finance and Economics team every success in the national finals!
